Duran Law Office is a general civil law practice committed to providing the highest quality legal services to clients. My firm provides quality services that are consistent with the services provided by much larger multi-department and multi-layered law firms, at a much lower cost to clients. Additionally, being a sole practitioner allows me to give each client my undivided attention from the initial consultation until the completion of their matter.
Please do not let the size of my firm fool you, we can handle any size case from small claims counseling, to complex civil litigation matters involving multiple parties. Moreover, I can quickly marshal whatever resources are required by your case through my many contacts with local contract counsel and support staff. These arrangements, again, lower your legal fees.
Presently, the practice is approximately 60% transactional and 40% litigation related. Myself and available contract counsel, are licensed to practice in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. However, we also have no problem handling matters outside the State of California.
